CONVEY and WARRANT to Richard Val Dee Kennington and Cecilia Dale Kennington,
Trustees of the Val and Dale Kennington Family Trust dated March 15, 2000, of 64
Kennington Burton Lane, Afton, WY 83110, grantees, the following described real estate,
situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
That part of the NE1 /4NE1/4 of Section 24, T32N, R119W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 207 P.R., on page 357, as more
particularly described on the attached "Description for Richard Val Dee
Kennington and Cecilia Dale Kennington Tract C
SUBJECT TO all covenants, conditions, easements, exceptions,
restrictions, reservations and rights of way of sight or record.

County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the
Office of the Clerk of .Lincoln County in Book 207 of
Photostatic Records on page 357, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the north line of said NE3(NE3(,
S89 05' -00 "W, 3 +95.09 feet from the northeast corner of said
Section 24, found as described in the Corner Record filed in
said Office;
thence S00 18' -17 "E, 482.95 feet, to a point on the north line
of that tract of record in said Office in. Book 245 of
Photostatic Records on page 659;
thence S87 11' -24 "W, 148.12 feet, along said north line, to
the northwest corner of said tract, identical with the
northeast corner of that tract of record in said Office in
Book 344 of Photostatic Records on page 21, marked by a point;
thence S89 05' -00 "W, 784.71 feet, along the north line of said
tract in Book 344, parallel with the north line of said
NE3NE3(, to a point on the southerly extension of the east line
of that tract of record in said Office in Book 165 of
Photostatic Records on page 273;
