as Personal Representatives of the Estate of Joseph Alan Wilson. aka Joseph A. Wilson,
deceased, Grantor, to Judy Ann Steddom whose legal address is 3247 S. Andes Street,
Aurora, OC 80013 and James B. Wilson whose legal address is 7619 Beech Springs Court,
Louisville, KY 40241 Grantees
WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of the above -named decedent was made and executed in the lifetime of the decedent, and is dated
October 3, 2008 which Will was duly admitted to informal probate on Mav 10, 2013, by the District Court in and for the County of Denver,
State of Colorado, Probate No. 2013PR30715;
WHEREAS, Grantors were duly appointed Personal Representative of said Estate on May 10, 2013, and are now qualified and acting in said
capacity.
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers conferred upon Grantors by the Colorado Probate Code, Grantors do hereby sell, convey,
assign, transfer and set over an undivided 50% interest in Grantors 33.3333% interest to each of the Grantees as the persons entitled to
distribution of the property in the above captioned Will the following described real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming:
A 33.3333% interest in:
Township 26 North, Range 112 West of 6 P. M.
Section 5: That part of the Green River riparian to Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, and 13
Section 8: that part of the Green River riparian to Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 11
Lincoln County, Wyoming
It being the intention of the Grantor to convey all of the royalty interest, all right, title and interest in any mineral estate, mineral interest,
mineral rights, rights to oil, gas, coal, hardrock minerals and all other minerals in said real property owned by Joseph A. Wilson.
With all appurtenances, subject to covenants, easements and restrictions of record, and subject to general property taxes for the year 20_,
