2. That they have an interest in that part of West Reserve Drive lying and being situate within
the land described under the Certificate of Surveyor on the plat titled, "ALPINE VILLAGE
SUBDIVISION NO. 1 PLAT 2 AMENDED 26 FILING IDENTICAL WITH LOTS 114,
115 AND 116 OF ALPINE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 1 PLAT 2 AMENDED 16
FILING WITHIN THE W' /2NW' /4 SECTION 19 T37N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING dated 21 December 2012, as revised and recorded concurrently herewith.
3. That the undersigned has reviewed said plat.
4. That the undersigned has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Owner
thereon and the implications thereof.
5. That this certificate is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original mylar of
said plat had been signed.
