corner of said SE 1/4 SW 1/4 and running thence South 89 °39'05" East, a distance
of 448.50 feet; thence South 11°12'49" West, a distance of 349.27 feet; thence North
82 °12'01" West, a distance of 259.47 feet; thence North 78 °32'51" West, a distance
of 126.65 feet; thence along said West boundary line North 0 °08'39" East, a distance
of 292.80 feet the place of beginning known as: 1141 Willow Creek Road, Thayne,
WY 83127.
Subject to right -of -way and easements of sight and public record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption
Laws of the State of Wyoming.
Real property and Improvements are sold "AS IS."
