ORDER GRANTING DEFAULT JUDGMENT
THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon the Plaintiff's Verified Request for
Default and Default Judgment.
THE COURT, being fully advised, finds as follows:
1. That the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in this matter.
2. The Defendant was personally served with a copy of the Summons and Complaint
on April 12, 2013.
3. The Defendant had 30 days to answer or otherwise plead to the Complaint.
4. The Defendant has failed to answer or otherwise plead to the Complaint within 30
days and has not done so as of the date of this Order.
5. That the time within which Defendant ALICIA JEAN NIELD was allowed to
respond to, answer or otherwise Defend against the Complaint has expired and Defendant
ALICIA JEAN NIELD neither answered nor otherwise moved, and that the time for the
Defendant ALICIA JEAN NIELD to answer or otherwise plead to the Complaint has not been
extended.

6. That it is proper to enter judgment in favor of the Plaintiff and against the
Defendant for the relief requested in the Complaint.
THERFORE, Plaintiff's Verified Request for Default and Default Judgment is hereby
granted. Defendant ALICIA JEAN NIELD is hereby defaulted on Plaintiffs Complaint. In
granting the Plaintiff's Complaint, the Court makes the following mixed findings of facts and
conclusions of law as follows:
1. Plaintiff EDWARDS LAW OFFICE, P.C., is a Wyoming professional
corporation, in Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
2. Defendant Alicia Jean Nield is an individual who resides in Logan, Utah.
3. This Court has jurisdiction over this matter because the dispute is between entities
or persons who are residents of Wyoming, the amount in controversy is less than the
jurisdictional limits of $50,000.00 for this Court and the Lease which creates the claims herein
was executed and performed in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
4. That Alicia Jean Nield hired EDWARDS LAW OFFICE, P.C. to perform legal
work in the matter entitled Nield v. True, CV -2010- 178 -DC in the Lincoln County District Court.
5. That valuable legal services were provided by Plaintiff to Alicia Jean Nield as
indicated on the Statement attached to the Complaint.
6. That the Defendant failed to pay the Plaintiff as agreed.
7. The Defendant defaulted on her account with the Plaintiff.
8. That Plaintiff s request for a judgment is timely, reasonable, proper and should be
granted.
WHEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ADJUDGED, ORDERED AND DECREED as
follows:

1. Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant upon the
unpaid account in the amount of $1,348.07;
2. Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant in the
amount of $40.00 for this Court's filing fee, $22.50 Cache County Sheriff's personal service fee
to serve Plaintiff ALICIA JEAN NIELD;
3. The total judgment of $1,410.57 shall accrue interest at the rate of ten (10)
percent interest annually.
