A Multifamily Mortgage, Assignment of Rents and Security Agreement (the
"Mortgage dated as of July 6, 2007 from High Desert, LLC, a Wyoming limited
liability company to PNC ARCS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the
"Assignor was recorded with the Lincoln County, Wyoming, County Clerk on July 6,
2007 at Book 664, Page 719, as Document No. 931020, which Mortgage was assigned
by Assignor to Fannie Mae pursuant to that certain Assignment of Mortgage dated July
6, 2007, recorded with the Lincoln County, Wyoming, County Clerk on July 6, 2007 at
Book 664, Page 765, as Document No. 931021. The Mortgage was foreclosed by virtue
of a power to foreclose by advertisement and sale contained in the Mortgage.
The property described below was sold at public sale, pursuant to the power of
sale, at the front entry of the Lincoln County Courthouse in Kemmerer, Wyoming, at
10:00 o'clock a.m., on the 2nd day of April, 2013. The property subject to the
Mortgage was purchased by Fannie Mae. A Certificate of Purchase dated April 2nd,
2013 was issued by the Lincoln County Sheriff, which was recorded with the Lincoln
County, Wyoming, County Clerk on April 9, 2013 in Book 808, Page 802, as Document
No. 970411. The mortgaged property was not redeemed as provided by law.
Now, therefore, know all men by this deed, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff of the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, hereby convey
to the Fannie Mae, whose mailing address is 3900 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington, DC
20016, the following described tract of land located in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
A PORTION OF BLOCK 11 OF LINCOLN HEIGHTS 4TH
SUBDIVISION TO THE TOWN OF KEMMERER, LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING, AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL
PLAT NO. 216 FILED OCTOBER 3, 1977 AS INSTRUMENT NO.
499086 OF THE RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY
CLERK, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS
