its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, which states that an
Assessment results in a lien in- favor of the Star Valley Ranch Association. With
respect to the subject property, a certain Notice of Assessment Lien recorded May
5, 1997, in Book 396PR, Page No. 848, #0837042 was in the office of the County
Clerk and Ex- officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming and that said
lien is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged with regard to the property
described below, and in consideration thereof, the Star Valley Ranch Association
does hereby release the premises thereby affected. The subject property is more
particularly described as follows:
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Star Valley Ranch Association has caused
this instrument to be executed this 7 day of December 2000.
