RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of June 16`
2008, and executed by Nick R. Erickson and Carissa Erickson Husband and Wife, as Tenants
by the Entireites, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on
certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $35,000.00 which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on the 23r day of June, 2008 in Book 698 of Mortgages, at Page 190 as
document #940019 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 19 day of August,
2013

On this 19 day of August, 2013 before me personally appeared Rod R. Jensen to me
personally known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that he is the President of The Bank of
Star Valley that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and
that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board
of Directors, and said Vice President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of
said corporation.
