KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
'That WE, the undersigned, LINDA A. MILLER, a married woman, "Grantor for a good and
valuable consideration„ the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and
warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of Afton and Jackson, Wyoming and
to its successors and assigns, "Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right ofway for the construction
and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement ofthe electric distribution circuits, lines
and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained under, upon and across the premises
of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING, along a line described as follows, to wit;
BEING a portion of Lot 301 of Palls -Park, Third Addition to the Town of Alpine, Section 29,
T37N, RI 18W, eh P.M., in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
.BEGINNING at a point 15 feet SE along lot line from the Westerly most corner of said Lot 301
at a transformer location.
Thence S 679E, 20 feet to a point known as "A
Thence N 64° E, 35 feet to a meter locution.
Returning to point "A";
Thence S 85 E, 46 feet to a meter location.
EASEMENT to include 10 feet on each side of described line.
Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the
facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (E,MF) are naturally occurring
in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that ENO testing and
information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and
other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
