KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
That WE, the undersigned, LINDA A. MILLER, is married woman, tirantor for a good and
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and
warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of Afton and Jackson, Wyoming and
to its successors and assigns, "Grantees a perpetual easement and right ofway for the construction
and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement ofthe electric distribution circuits, lines
and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained under, upon and across the premises
of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING, along a line described as follows, to wit:
BEING a portion of Lot 303 of Path- Park, Third Addition to the Town of Alpine, Section 29,
T37N, R118W, 6 P.M., in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point being N 46° 36' 37" W, 22.56 feet from the Southerly most corner of
said Lot 305;
Thence N 19° E, 8 feet to a transformer location;
Thence N 26° W, 50 feet to a paint known as "Feint A
Thence N 70° E, 43 feet to a meter location,
Returning to "Point A
Thence N 14° E, 47 feet to a meter location,
EASEMENT to include 10 fleet on each side of described line.
Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the
&chides, The Grantor acknowledges that Electrio and magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally occurring
in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notilled Grantor that EMF testing and
information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and
other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State,
WITNESS the hand of the Grantor, this 16th day of November, 2000,
