UNDERGROUND RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT
For value received, Lincoln County "Grantor hereby grants to PacifiCorp, an Oregon
Corporation, d/b /a Rocky Mountain Power its successors and assigns, "Grantee an easement
for a right of way 10 feet in width and 488 feet in length, more or less, for the construction,
reconstruction, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, enlargement, and removal of
underground electric power transmission, distribution and communication lines and all necessary
or desirable accessories and appurtenances thereto, including without limitation: wires, fibers,
cables and other conductors and conduits therefor; and pads, transformers, switches, cabinets,
and vaults on, across, or under the surface of the real property of Grantor in Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming more particularly described as follows and as more particularly described
and /or shown on Exhibit(s) A and B attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof:

Together with the right of access to the right of way from adjacent lands of Grantor for
all activities in connection with the purposes for which this easement has been granted; and
together with the present and (without payment therefor) the future right to keep the right of way
clear of all brush, trees, timber, structures, buildings and other hazards which might endanger
Grantee's facilities or impede Grantee's activities.
At no time shall Grantor place or store any flammable materials (other than agricultural
crops), or light any fires, on or within the boundaries of the right of way. Subject to the
foregoing limitations, the surface of the right of way may be used for agricultural crops and other
purposes not inconsistent, as determined by Grantee, with the purposes for which this easement
has been granted.
The rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be binding upon and shall benefit
their respective heirs, successors and assigns.

TO THE LINCOLN COUNTY JUSTICE CENTER
A strip of land, ten (10) feet in width, within the SEI /4SW1 /4 of Section 15, T21N, R116W,
Lincoln County. Wyoming, with the northeasterly and northwesterly lines described as follows:
Northeasterly Line
BEGINNING at the most northerly point of the County of Lincoln Parcel B of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 778 of Photostatic Records on pages 606 -607,
N59 °13'36 "E, 1746.91 feet, of the southwest corner of said Section 15;
thence S25°1 3'25"E, 370.55 feet, along the northeasterly line of said parcel to a position where
an easterly prolongation of a southerly wall line of the Lincoln County Justice Center intersects
said northeasterly line;
Northwesterly Line
BEGINNING at the southerly end position of the above described Northeasterly Line;
thence S63 °50'25 "W, 117.91 feet, along the above described prolongation line and wall line to
the westerly end of said wall;
that the side lines of said easement are extended or shortened as needed to provide a continuous
strip of land ten (10) feet in width from the northerly line of said parcel to the westerly end of
said wall;
all in accordance with the attached exhibit titled: "EXHIBIT TO ACCOMPANY
DESCRIPTION OF ELECTRICAL EASEMENT TO THE LINCOLN COUNTY JUSTICE
CENTER WITHIN SE1 /4SW1/4 SECTION 15 T21N RI16W LINCOLN COUNTY,
