WHEREAS, certain Oil and Gas Leases (the "Leases described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof were executed and delivered to Fitzsimmons, LLC, Lessee, covering certain lands
described in the Leases situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming;
WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of the Leases, Lessor granted Lessee the right to extend the
primary term of the Leases for an additional period of five (5) years from the original expiration dates for
each of the respective Leases, to the extended expiration dates as described on Exhibit "A This election to
extend the Leases simply requires notifying Lessor and making payment of additional consideration to
Lessor;
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, Lessee (MRC) has elected to extend the Leases for an additional paid -up term of
five (5) years from the original expiration dates for each of the respective Leases described on Exhibit "A
and as long thereafter as oil or gas is produced in accordance with the terms of the Leases. The extended
expiration dates for each of the Leases is shown on Exhibit "A
NOTICE OF ELECTION TO EXTEND OIL AND GAS LEASES
WHEREAS, Lessee has assigned its interest in the Leases to MRC Rockies Company "MRC
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument has been executed the d ay of August, 2013.
