POWER OF ATTORNEY
I, MARCIE G. MASER of the City /Town of KEMMERER, County of LINCOLN, and State of
WYOMING, have made, constituted and appointed and by these presents make, constitute and appoint
C.E. ANDERSON COMPANY, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, or FMC
CORPORATION, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, or Stewart Title Guaranty
Company, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, as my true and lawful attorney(s) -in -fact to
act severally for me and in my name, place and stead, to execute and deliver a Warranty Deed and any
and all other documents necessary to accomplish the sale of my premises situated at 1328 6TH WEST
AVENUE, KEMMERER, WYOMING and more particularly described in Schedule A attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
I further grant and give my Attorneys -In -Fact full authority and power to do and perform any and
all other acts necessary or incident to the performance and execution of the powers I have expressly
granted, with power to do and perform all acts authorized hereby, as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could do if personally present, with full and unqualified authority to delegate any or all of the
foregoing powers to any person or persons whom my Attorney -In -Fact shall select, including the
authority to place title to said premises in the name of C.E. ANDERSON COMPANY or FMC
CORPORATION.
I hereby ratify and confirm all acts whatsoever that my Attorney -In -Fact, as my agent, shall or
may do by the virtue of this Power of Attorney.
I hereby agree and represent to those persons dealing with my Attorney -In -Fact that this Power of
Attorney will not terminate upon my subsequent disability or incompetence and may be voluntarily
revoked only by a written instrument of revocation filed for record in the Office of the Town Clerk where
the property is located.
