Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 30
2007, and executed by Chuck Hillstead and Jo Hillstead Husband and Wife, as Tenants by the
Entireites, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain
real estate therein described as security for the payment of $93,375.00 which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on the 4 day of June, 2007 in Book 660 of Mortgages, at Page 463 as
document #929976 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:

"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 19`" day of August,
2013
