records of Lincoln County, WY, together with the debt thereby secured is fully paid, satisfied and
discharged.
The lien of the undersigned as to the following described property is hereby released.
That part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (S' /2NW'/4SW'/4)
of Section 14, Township 31 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming being part of that
tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 620 of Photostatic Records
on Page 340, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the Centerline of Bitter Creek County Road No. 12 -140, North
66 °17'07" East, 349.38 feet, from the Southwest corner of the South Half Northwest Quarter
Southwest Quarter, identical with the beginning of a circular curve to the left, having a Radius
Bearing South 66 °58'24" West; thence Northwesterly, 371.25 feet, along the arc of said curve,
have a Central Angle of 01 °50'16 and a Radius of 11,574.30 feet, with a Chord Bearing North
23 °56'44" West, 371.24 feet, to a spike on said centerline; thence North 24 °5152" West, 15.44
feet, along said centerline, to a spike; thence North 61 °54'18" East, 232.38 feet, along the
Southerly line of a sixty (60) foot access and utility easement, to a point; thence North 89 °36'21"
East, 907.47 feet, along the Southerly of said easement, to a point; thence South 00 °29'14" West,
600.36 feet, to a point on the South line of said tract of record; thence South 89°35'15" West,
192.18 feet, along said South line to a point on the Southerly extension of an existing
North/South fence line; thence north 00 °06'18" West, 137.90 feet, along a West line of said tract,
to a point; thence South 89 °36'39" West, 757.76 feet, along a South line of said tract and the
Westerly extension thereof, to the Spike of Beginning.

record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 539 of Photostatic Records on Page
40, described as follows: Beginning at a spike on the centerline of Bitter Creek County Road No.
12 -140, North 66 °17'07" East, 349.38 feet, from the Southwest corner of said South Half
Northwest Quarter Southwest Quarter, identical with the beginning of a circular curve to the left,
having a radius bearing South 66 °5824" West; thence Northwesterly, 346.52 feet along the arc of
said curve, having a central angle of 01 °42'55 and a radius of 11,574.30, with a chord bearing
North 23 °53'04" West, 346.51 feet, to a spike on said centerline; thence North 72 °46'53" East,
186.38 feet, to a point; thence South 21 °01'57" East, 397.25 feet, to a point on an existing fence
line; thence South 89 °36'39" West, 180.31 feet, to the spike of beginning; the base bearing for
this survey is the West line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 31 North, Range
119 West, begin North 00 °41'34" East; that is the intent of this description that the called for
monuments, and not the existing fence lines, control the location of the property lines.
All in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
titled, "Plat of Boundary Adjustment for Stephen Ray Kennington and L. D. Kennington and
