Box 583, Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and forever quit claimed to KAY E. TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon or thereunto belonging. SUBJECT TO taxes, assessments, declarations of covenants, conditions, and restrictions, reservations, rights -of -way, and easements of sight and /or of record.
