SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this ,Q9 day of 2013 between
MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., (MES), solely as nominee
for GMAC Mortgage Corporationnhereinafter called party of the First Part, and GREEN TREE
SERVICING, LLC, hereinafter called Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH, that whereas the Party of the First Part is the owner and holder of a
certain Mortgage taken out by JERRY T HARMON and BONNIE N HARMON, in the original
principal indebtedness of $37,200.00, which Mortgage was recorded on 08/12/2004, in Book
564PR, Page 769; encumbering the land situate in the County of Lincoln, Wyoming, described
as follows:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 1819.0 FEET EAST FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER
OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 32 NORTH, RANGE 118 WEST, 6 P.M., WYOMING,
THENCE SOUTH 290.4 FEET? THENCE EAST 150.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 150.0
FEET7'THENCE WEST 317 FEET; THENCE NORTH 440.4 FEET; THENCE EAST
167.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, TOGETHER WITH ALL WATER,
WATER RIGHTS, MINERAL RIGHTS, IMPROVEMENTS AND APPURTENANCES
THEREON SITUATE OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING THEREUNTO. SUBJECT,
HOWEVER, TO ALL RESERVATIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EXCEPTIONS,
EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS -OF -WAY OF RECORD OR IN USE.

Commonly Known As: 262 Twin Cliffs Rd, Afton, WY 83110
AND WHEREAS, JERRY T HARMON and BONNIE N HARMON, have made
application to the Party of the Second Part for a loan to GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC, in
the amount not to exceed $115,500.00, to be secured by a First Mortgage encumbering the above
described premises, and Party of the Second Part has required as a condition precedent to making
of said loan that the Party of the First Part subordinate its Mortgage and the lien thereof and all
of its rights there under to the Mortgage to be placed upon said premises as aforesaid, and Party
of the First Part is agreeable to such subordination.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), and other
valuable consideration in hand paid by the Party of the Second Part to the Party of the First Part,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and as inducement for making the aforesaid loan by the
Party of the Second Part to the aforesaid JERRY T HARMON and BONNIE N HARMON, the
Party of The First Part does hereby subordinate the aforesaid Mortgage by it and the lien thereof
and all of its rights and there under to the Mortgage recorded in Official Records, Book
Page or Document Number of the Public Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, encumbering the above described premises and does hereby covenant with
the Party of the Second Part that it has not transferred or assigned the aforesaid Mortgage held by
it, nor the Promissory Note it secures, nor any interest held by it in either of said instruments, and
it executed this Subordination Agreement as sole owner of the entire interest held by it in said
Note and Mortgage and declare any right or claim held by it to be subject and inferior to the
Mortgage held by the Party of the Second Part and to all rights of the Party of the Second Part
there under.
