waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State to -wit:

Wyoming as described o the official plat thereof recorded August 11, 2004, as
document number 901862 and map number 173 in the office of the clerk,
Lincoln County, Wyoming
Subject to any and all easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight or
in use.
