HomeMy WebLinkAbout972899WHEREAS, the Third Judicial District Court of Lincoln County, Wyoming, has heretofore and on the 15 day of July, 2013, duly entered an order authorizing and directing Brett Gochnour as Personal Representative of the Estate of Lane E. Gochnour, deceased to execute and deliver a deed as to certain real estate, as hereinafter described, upon the performance of certain conditions by Grantee; and WHEREAS, all conditions precedent set forth and referred to in said order of Court have now been fully complied with by Grantee; NOW, THEREFORE, Brett Gochnour, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Brett Gochnour, deceased, Grantor, for and in consideration ofthe sum often dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged, does by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto Lance S. Welch and Kimberly M. Welch, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety with rights of survivorship, Grantee, all of said estate's right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to -wit: August, 2013. COURT OFFICER'S DEED Lot Two (2) of the Quarry Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof recorded July 30, 1982 as Map Number 282 and Document Number 581672 in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
