The homeowner's dues were incurred in relation to the following described property owned by him which is located in Teton County, Wyoming, namely; Lot 39 of Trail Ridge Subdivision Lincoln County, Wyoming according to that plat filed October 21, 2003 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 225 -E. RECEIVED 8/27/2013 at 10:18 AM RECEIVING 972906 BOOK: 818 PAGE: 748 JEANNE WAGNER LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WY Trail Ridge Property Owners Association, a Wyoming non profit corporation: 0748 As a result of the failure to timely pay the homeowner's dues, the Trail Ridge Property Owners Association has had to incur attorney's fees in the filing of this lien in the amount of $280.00 which amount may be added to the outstanding balance and lien. This lien is authorized pursuant to Article IV of the First Amended Declaration Of Covenants, Conditions And Restrictions of Trail Ridge Subdivision which covenants were filed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming on November 6, 2006 in Book 639 page 343. Trail Ridge Property Owners Association hereby claims the benefits of the homeowner's covenants and statutes of the State of Wyoming relating to liens, upon the real estate and improvements thereon described above to the extent of Three Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Dollars ($3,280.00), with interest thereon against the above -named and all persons who claim an adverse interest therein.
