The NE1 /4SW1 /4 of Section 29, T 33N, R118W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming containing 40.13± Acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: The Common Access Easement, as referred
to in the Agreement recorded in Book 89PR, on Page 262, with said
Office.
TOGETHER WITH: The Right of Ingress, Egress, and Utilities, over
