Nelson, husband and wife, of Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the
trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim
unto Archie D. Nelson and Corine P. Nelson and their successors, Trustees, for the uses
and purposes set forth in the Archie D. and Corine P. Nelson Family Trust between
Grantors and Trustee, dated the 24 day of February, 2000, Archie D. Nelson and Corine
P. Nelson, beneficiaries, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit:

Beginning at a point the Northeast corner of the NW1 /4SE1/4 of Section 27 in
T35N, R119W of the 6 P.M., Wyoming, and running thence South 60 rods;
thence West 160 rods; thence North 60 rods; thence East 160 rods to the
place of beginning, containing 60 acres of land, be there more or less; and,
ALSO:
