QUITCLAIM DEED
All of Lot #4 of Block 11 and the Northeasterly one -half (Y2) of Lot #5 of Block 11,
in the Town of Kemmerer as surveyed, platted and recorded; the Northeasterly one
half being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the
Northeasterly corner of said Lot #5 and running thence South 56 °34' East, 140 feet;
thence South 33 °26' West, 25 feet; thence North 56 °34' West 140 feet, thence North
33 °26' East 25 feet to the point of beginning. Together with all buildings and
improvements thereon or thereunto in anywise appertaining.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this day of November, 2000.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that GEORGE M. NISHI, a married man as
his sole and individual property, of the City of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum often dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration,
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to
KENNETH M. NISHI, DIANE NISHI, and GEORGE NISHI, JR., as joint tenants with right of
survivorship, of the City of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantee, all interest
presently owned or hereafter acquired in and to the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
