BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said NE1/4NW1/4;
thence N89 27' -08 "E, 360.00 feet, along the north line of said NE1/4NW1/4, to a point;
thence S00 08' -05 "E, 726.00 feet, parallel with the west line of said NE1/4NW1/4, to a point;
thence S89 27' -08 "W, 360.00 feet, parallel with said north line, to a point on said west line;

BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 6.00 acres, more or Tess;
