HEREBY TAKE NOTICE that under a Contract for Deed dated the 19` day of August, 2013,
between BEVERLY CALHOUN, Trustee of the Beverly Calhoun Trust, dated September 30, 2004,
of the Town of Opal, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as Seller and
DON L LAMBORN and KELLY LAMBORN, husband and wife, of the Town of Diamondville,
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as Purchaser, the Seller did agree to
sell and the Purchaser did agree to purchase a certain tract of real property located in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, described as follows:
Township 21N, Range 113W, 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Section 21: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 21 from which corner
bears North 00 °02' West, a distance of 391.3 feet; thence North 80 °55' West, a
distance of 1336.5 feet (South right -of -way line of the Union Pacific Railroad);
thence South a distance of 604.9 feet; thence East a distance of 1320.0 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 15.1 acres, more or less, also beginning at the East
quarter corner of said Section 21 from which corner bears North 00 °02' West, a
distance of 188.0 feet; thence South 89 °01' West, a distance of 660.9 feet (South
right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 30 North); thence South 00 °05' East, a distance
of 2122.0 feet; thence South 89 °55' East, a distance of 670.0 feet (North right -of -way
line of the Union Pacific Railroad); thence North 00 °02' West, a distance of 2046.5
feet to the point of beginning containing 33.0 acres, more or less.
Section 22: Lots 7, 8 and 9, containing 67.95 acres, more or less.
Section 27: S %2, S %2N %2, N %ZNW1/4 and NW' /4NE' /4, containing 600 acres, more or
less.
The Northeasterly portion of Lot 1 of the Lozier Ranch Subdivision, Sections 20 and
21, T21N, R113W ofthe 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Portion of Lot 1; thence N 00 °03'57" E, a
distance of 99.79 feet to a point on the centerline of the Lozier Road;
thence S 89°12'33" W, a distance of 660.90 feet along the centerline of the Lozier
Road;
thence S 00 °03'47" W, a distance of 99.79 feet to the Northwest corner of the
Calhoun property;
thence S 89°12'33" E, a distance of 660.90 feet to the point of beginning and
containing 1.514 acres.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto together with thirty five percent (3 5 of the mineral
rights thereto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.

Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereunto.
Subject to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way
record or in sight or use.
Purchaser's address for tax purposes is P.O. Box 455, Diamondville, WY 83116. There are
many other covenants in the original Contract for Deed. Each party has a copy of said Contract.
