That WE, the undersigned, DENNIS V. WEST and DIANE L. WEST, husband wife,
"Grantor for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of Afton
and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns, "Grantees a perpetual easement and right
of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the
electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained
under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING, along
a line described as follows, to wit:
BEING a tract of land lying in the W1 /2 of the SE1 /4 of Section 12, T33N, R119W, 6th P.M.,
in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is West 1,320 feet, N 1° W 1141 feet, S 76° 55' W 80.22 feet,
N 79° 49' W 89.55 feet, N 66° 29' W 247.20 feet, N 86° 29' W 154.50 feet, N 70° 01' W
136.95 feet, S 89° W 111.32 feet, S 71° 33' W 123 feet, N 89° 50' W 254.10 feet, S 85° 32"
W 131.50 feet, S 72° 44' W 160.90 feet from the Southeast corner of said Section 12.
Thence S 35° E 335 feet to a transformer location.
Thence N 7° E 56 feet to a meter location.
EASEMENT to include 10 feet on each side of described line.
Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the
facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally occurring
in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing and
information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and
other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
