HomeMy WebLinkAbout869723V 0 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 9,1000 made and executed by Jason Fearneyhough and Tina Fearneyhough, husband and wife, as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $15,000.00, which mortgage was re- recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 25th day of May, 2000, in book 446 PR of Mortgages, at Page 191 as document #866089 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit: "ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE." The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
