its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, e` Y An
Assessment results in a lien in favor of the Star Valley Ranch Association. With
respect to the subject property, a certain Notice of Assessment Lien recorded July
23, 1998, in Book 414PR, Page No. 755 was in the office of the County Clerk and
Ex- officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming and that said lien is
fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged with regard to the property described
below, and in consideration thereof, the Star Valley Ranch Association does
hereby release the premises thereby affected. The subject property is more
particularly described as follows:
Star Valley Ranch Subdivision,
Plat 07, Lot 76
Lincoln County, Wyoming
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Star Valley Ranch Association has caused
this instrument to be executed this 16 day of August 2000.
