With respect to the subject property, a certain Notice of Assessment Lien recorded October 29, 1984, in Book 220PR, Page No. 362, January 14, 1987, Book 247PR, page 156, January 29, 1988, Book 258PR, page 730, February 26, 1988, Book 259PR, page 490, June 7, 1991, Book 297PR, page 350, August 18, 1994, Book 356PR, page 145, and December 2, 1996, Book 391PR, page 361 was in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming and that said lien is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged with regard to the property described below, and in consideration thereof, the Star Valley Ranch Association does hereby release the premises thereby affected.
