Vern B. Crook as Trustee of the Sybil A. Crook Family Revocable Trust dated November
10, 1994, of Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, for and in consideration of Ten and No /100
Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS to Vern Crook and Leone Crook, Trustees of the
Vern and Leone Crook Family Revocable Trust dated June 9, 2008, of PO Box 5391, Etna, WY
83118, grantee, all interest in the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Lane
An undivided one -half (1/2) interest in and to the following described tract of land:
Beginning at a point 80 rods West of the NE Corner of Section 27, T36N, R119W of
the 6th P.M., and proceeding West 80 rods, thence South 2 rods, thence East 80
rods, thence North 2 rods to the place of beginning, containing one acre, more or
Tess.
40 -acre tract
SW1 /4SW1/4 of Section 22, T36N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, containing 40 acres, more or less.
TOGETHER WITH that certain Right -of -Way Easement dated March 3, 2010, and
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on March 10, 2010, in Book 743,
page 596.
ALSO TOGETHER WITH a 60 -foot wide, perpetual, nonexclusive, right -of -way
easement for ingress and egress and all underground utilities over, across, and
along the following described tract of land: the South 60 feet of the SE1 /4SW1/4 of
Section 22, T36N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.

personally known, who, being by me duly sworn and put upon his oath, did say that he is the
trustee of the Sybil A. Crook Family Revocable Trust dated November 10, 1994, described in and
which executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of
said trust; that said trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to
execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee acknowledged said instrument to be
the free act and deed of said trust.
