The Triple T Ranches Subdivision shall be referred to herein as "the Property" or "the Subdivision WHEREAS, that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Triple T Ranches Subdivision dated May 14, 2008, was recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on June 13, 2008, in Book 697, page 193, Receiving No. 939778 "Declaration and WHEREAS, the Subdivision consists of certain real property located in Section 13, T31 N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, as more particularly described in the official plat; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Article IX, Section 3 of the Declaration, the Declaration may be amended by 75% of the lot owners; and WHEREAS, the undersigned, being 75% of the lot owners as defined in said Article IX, Section 3, desire to amend the Declaration in certain respects as set forth below; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said Article IX, Section 3, this First Amendment becomes effective upon its recording in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Article IX, Section 3 of the Declaration, the Declaration is hereby amended as follows: 1. Article VII, Section 3.d. is hereby revoked in its entirety and the following provision substituted in its place: d. Domestic animals or fowl may be kept on any Lot only in accordance with this subsection. Not more than 8 horses or cattle and not more than 3 sheep or pigs may be kept on any Lot. Owners of any such horses or livestock must maintain sufficient grass to pasture or graze their animals and have no dirt pastures. Not more than 3 adult dogs may be kept on any Lot; provided, however, that all 1 domestic, household animals or pets shall at all times be restrained or leashed and maintained on Owner's lot so as not to be or become a nuisance or be allowed to run at large. Any animals on the property must be properly maintained and not cause over grazing, foul odors, or any other unsightly conditions. Barking dogs constituting a nuisance shall be confined in a sound resistant enclosure during normal sleeping hours. 2. In all other respects, the provisions of the Declaration are hereby affirmed.
