Portions of the South One Half of the SE1/4NW1/4, NE1 /4SW1 /4 and the
NW1 /4SE1 /4 of Section 6, Township33 North, Range 118 °West, 6 P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
GRANTOR, WARM CREEK ENTERPRISES, INC., a Wyoming Corporation, for a
good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do remise,
release, and forever quitclaim unto GRANTEE, 0 BAR RENTAL'S, INC., a Wyoming
Corporation, whose address is, HC -62 Box 7334 Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming 83127. Grantee's
heirs and assigns, forever, all of Grantor's right, title and interest, now owned or here -after
acquired, in the following described real estate situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
BEGINNING at the Northwest Corner of said South One Half of the SE1 /4NW 1/4
and running South 27 °10'44" East, 1713.00;
thence North 62 °24'26" East, 1773.68 feet to the point of intersection centerline of a
graveled road;
thence South 24 °14'45" East, along said centerline 176.31 feet:
thence South 7 °14'35" East, continuing along said centerline 244.77 feet;
thence running South 42 °14'38" West, 581.98 feet;
thence South 0 °20'23" West 446.00 feet to the South line of said NW1/4SE1/4;
thence North 89 °44'57 "West, along last said South line and the South line of said
NE1 /4SW1 /4, 2070.78 feet to the Southwest corner of last said NE1 /4SW1 /4 and
Southwest corner of last said NE1 /4SW1 /4;
thence North 0 °12' 11" east, along the West lines of said NE1/4SW1/4 and South One
Half of the SE1 /4NW1 /4, 1973.65 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the land described in Warranty Deed recorded
February 15, 2002 in Book 483PR on page 555 records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Subject to all road and utility easements as recorded in the office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining.
