GRANTOR, WARM CREEK ENTERPRISES, INC., a Wyoming Corporation, for a
good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do remise,
release, and forever quitclaim unto GRANTEE, 0 BAR RENTAL'S, INC., a Wyoming
Corporation, whose address is, HC -62 Box 7334 Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming 83127. Grantee's
heirs and assigns, forever, all of Grantor's right, title and interest, now owned or here -after
acquired, in the following described real estate situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Portions of the S1 /2SE1 /4NW1 /4, S1 /2SW1 /4NE1 /4, NE1 /4SW1 /4, and
NW1/4SE1 /4 of Section 6, Township 33 North, Range 118 West of the 6 P.M.,
Lincoln County, more particularly described as follows.
Beginning at the Northwest corner of first said S 1 /2SE1 /4NW 1/4;
thence running South 27 °10'44" East 1713.00 feet;
thence North 62 °24'26" East 1773.68 feet, to the point of intersection with the
centerline of a gravel road;
thence North 24 °14'45" West 148.21 feet;
thence North 36 °15'01" West 566.47 feet;
thence North 20 °35'41" West 102.96 feet;
thence North 89 °35'00" West 1922.40 feet, to the point of beginning.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to
easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining.
