good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do remise,
release, and forever quitclaim unto GRANTEE, 0 BAR RENTAL'S, INC., a Wyoming
Corporation, whose address is, HC -62 Box 7334 Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming 83127. Grantee's
heirs and assigns, forever, all of Grantor's right, title and interest, now owned or here -after
acquired, in the following described real estate situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
LOT SEVENTY (70) PLAT TWELVE (12) OF STAR VALLEY RANCH, AS
PLATTED AND RECORDED AUGUST 10, 1977 AS MAP NUMBER 209 AND
DOCUMENT NUMBER 496703 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK, LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to
easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining.
