That the real property in the Estate of Linda Cherry Radford is identified as: That real property described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on October 18, 1973 in Book 107 PR at Page 545 as Instrument No. 451105, a copy of which is attached hereto. Together with all improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise pertaining thereunto. Subject to all covenants conditions, _reservations, restrictions, .....easements,..._and rights -of -way of record, of sight, or in use. PARCEL 2 That real property described in the Quitclaim Deed records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on March 7, 2013 Receiving No. 969821, a copy of which is attached hereto. Together with all improvements, and appurtenances pertaining thereunto. Subject to all covenants, conditions, reservations, rights of way of record, of sight, or in use. PARCEL 3 That real property described in the Quitclaim Deed records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on March 7, 2013 Receiving No. 969822, a copy of which is attached hereto.
