KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Norma S. VanScoyk aka
Jean VanScoyk, a single woman, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of
the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim
unto Norma S. VanScoyk and her successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set
forth in the Norma S. VanScoyk Family Trust between Grantor and Trustee, dated the 16th
day of February, 2000, Norma S. VanScoyk, beneficiary, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand as she has or ought to have in or to all oil, gas
and other mineral rights associated with the following described premises (Grantor believes
this interest to be an undivided 1/3 in an undivided 1/2, or 1/6, but is conveying whatever
interest she has, no more and no less), in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit:

Lots 1 and 2 and the South half of the Northeast quarter (S1/2NE1/4) of
Section 3, Township 31 North, Range 119 West of the 6 P.M. Wyoming.
