V 1) LOAN 1185845 TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property. All replacements and additions shall also be covered by this Security Instrument. All of the foregoing is referred to in this Security Instrument as the "Property." Borrower understands and agrees that MERS holds only legal title to the interests granted by Borrower in this Security Instrument, but, if necessary to comply with law or custom, MERS (as nominee for Lender and Lender's successors and assigns) has the right: to exercise any or all of those interests, including, but not limited to, the right to foreclose and sell the Property; and to take any action required of Lender including, but not limited to, releasing and canceling this Security Instrument. BORROWER COVENANTS that Borrower is lawfully seised of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right to mortgage, grant and convey the Property and that the Property is unencumbered, except for encumbrances of record. Borrower warrants and will defend generally the title to the Property against all claims and demands, subject to any encumbrances of record. THIS SECURITY INSTRUMENT combines uniform covenants for national use and non uniform covenants with limited variations by jurisdiction to constitute a uniform security instrument covering real property. UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender covenant and agree as follows: 1. Payment of Principal, Interest, Escrow Items, Prepayment Charges, and Late Charges. Borrower shall pay when due the principal of, and interest on, the debt evidenced by the Note and any prepayment charges and late charges due under the Note. Borrower shall also pay funds for Escrow Items pursuant to Section 3. Payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument shall be made in U.S. currency. However, if any check or other instrument received by Lender as payment under the Note or this Security Instrument is returned to Lender unpaid, Lender may require that any or all subsequent payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument be made in one or more of the following forms, as selected by Lender: (a) cash; (b) money order; (c) certified check, bank check, treasurer's check or cashier's check, provided any such check is drawn upon an institution whose deposits are insured by a federal agency, instrumentality, or entity; or (d) Electronic Funds Transfer. Payments are deemed received by Lender when received at the location designated in the Note or at such other location as may be designated by Lender in accordance with the notice provisions in Section 15. Lender may return any payment or partial payment if the payment or partial payments are insufficient to bring the Loan current. Lender may accept any payment or partial payment insufficient to bring the Loan current, without waiver of any rights hereunder or prejudice to its rights to refuse such payment or partial payments in the future, but Lender is not obligated to apply such payments at the time such payments are accepted. If each Periodic Payment is applied as of its scheduled due date, then Lender need not pay interest on unapplied funds. Lender may hold such unapplied funds until Borrower makes payment to bring the Loan current. If Borrower does not do so within a reasonable period of time, Lender shall either apply such funds or return them to Borrower. If not applied earlier, such funds will be applied to the outstanding principal balance under the Note immediately prior to foreclosure. No offset or claim which Borrower might have now or in the future against Lender shall relieve Borrower from making payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument or performing the covenants and agreements secured by this Security Instrument. 2. Application of Payments or Proceeds. Except as otherwise described in this Section 2, all payments accepted and applied by Lender shall be applied in the following order of priority: (a) interest due under the Note; (b) principal due under the Note; (c) amounts due under Section 3. Such payments shall be applied to each Periodic Payment in the order in which it became due. Any remaining amounts shall be applied first to late charges, second to any other amounts due under this Security Instrument, and then to reduce the principal balance of the Note. If Lender receives a payment from Borrower for a delinquent Periodic Payment which includes a sufficient amount to pay any late charge due, the payment may be applied to the delinquent payment and the late charge. If more than one Periodic Payment is outstanding, Lender may apply any payment received from Borrower to the repayment of the Periodic Payments if, and to the extent that, each payment can be paid in full. To the extent that any excess exists after the payment is applied to the full payment of one or more Periodic Payments, such excess may be applied to any late charges due. Voluntary prepayments shall be applied first to any prepayment charges and then as described in the Note. Any application of payments, insurance proceeds, or Miscellaneous Proceeds to principal due under the Note shall not extend or postpone the due date, or change the amount, of the Periodic Payments. 3. Funds for Escrow Items. Borrower shall pay to Lender on the day Periodic Payments are due under the Note, until the Note is paid in full, a sum (the "Funds to provide for payment of amounts due for: (a) taxes and assessments and other items which can attain priority over this Security Instrument as a lien or encumbrance oft the Property; (b) leasehold payments or ground rents on the Property, if any; (c) premiums for any and all insurance required by Lender under Section 5; and (d) Mortgage Insurance premiums, if any, or any sums payable by Borrower to Lender in lieu of the payment of Mortgage Insurance premiums in accordance with the provisions of Section 10. These items are called "Escrow Items." At origination or at any time during the term of the Loan, Lender may require that Community Association Dues, Fees and Assessments, if any, be escrowed by Borrower, and such dues, fees and assessments shall be an Escrow Item. Borrower shall promptly furnish to Lender all notices of amounts to be paid under this Section. Borrower shall pay Lender the Funds for Escrow Items unless Lender waives Borrower's obligation to pay the Funds for any or all Escrow Items. Lender may waive Borrower's obligation to pay to Lender Funds for any or all Escrow Items at any time. Any such waiver may only be in writing. In the event of such waiver, Borrower shall pay directly, when and where payable, the amounts due for any Escrow Items for which payment of 6A(WY) (9905).01 CHL (03/00).01 Page 3 of 10 Initials: 4/ 3/99 66/E jV 0110ge68d 1.0'(00 /E0)1HO 10'(9066) (AM)b9 120 pmzeq 'Asti ,Cue isun 1 `,illadomd OM 3o slualuop OM 10 `iCi.zadord aql Ut ,iltnba s,Jomouog `JOMOJJOH 1301o1d 1ou 1g2pn so 113tu lnq `lapuo l lanoo'legs a213lanoa tans `a1oJaJag1 •aS13m0n00 JO lunowu 10 adAi summed Aug asetpind o1 uope2ggo ou iapun st iapua7 •asuadxa s,lamouog pu33 uoudo s,lapua 114 `a2uJonoo oouUlnsut uielgo M w lapuarl `anogq poquosap so2uJoi op 0141 jo Aug am1Umw o1 SIm3 JOMOJJOH •lamouog uopoafgo 1133 wag 2upinsoi uopiutuoolap ouoz pooh Aug 3o Matnal 0141 11!M uopoauuoo Ut ,Cpua2y 1uawo513ueyc AouoSiowa mmpaa ati Aq pasodwt soa3 Aug 30 luawAud aql io3 aigtsuodsal oq osT13 Hugs zannouog •uopgo!Jplao io uop13U!WJalap tans laa33e 1q to ,Cigeuoseal gotgM ln000 sa2uet3 mjtwts io s2utdddwam awp good sa2mgo luanbasgns pug soup ups uopeotJpmao pug uotleutwialap auoz poor io3 02/et o awp -auo 13 (q) io :so tnias SupTag11 pug uopeo!Jpuao `uopgutuualap auoz poo13 Joj a2Jugo awp -auoz (e) :ioquo `ugo' st14i gltm uopoauuoa ut `A13d o1 iii o.uog annbal Am lapuarl •,Clgquoszaiun pasty /ox0 oq 1ou hugs 114$11 gatgm `aaloga s,1OMouog anolddustp o1 lgBu s,lapuoi of laafgns iamoj.tog ,Cq uasogo oq hugs apuainsut aq1 $utptno.rd iatuga aouemsut aq1 •ugo- otp jo uual 0141 &wmp oVuugo u130 saoualuas 2utpaoald aql of luensind sannboi npua-1 letM •sapnbai lapua-1 "NI spouad atg 1o3 pug (signal aigponpap 2urpnlout) slunoue oqi ut poumiumw oq !legs a0Uglnsut sruj •aougmsut sannbai lapuo l gotgm io3 `spooT3 pug saalgnbtuga `o1. pauwij 1ou lnq `2utpnlout swag nip Aug pue „`o2g12n00 popu01x0„ W101 ow utgItm papnTput sp.mzzg `an3 Aq ssol 1SU 122 palm! Borrower acknowledges that the cost of the insurance coverage so obtained might significantly exceed the cost of insurance that Borrower could have obtained. Any amounts disbursed by Lender under this Section 5 shall become additional debt of Borrower secured by this Security Instrument. These amounts shall bear interest at the Note rate from the date of disbursement and shall be payable, with such interest, upon notice from Lender to Borrower requesting payment. All insurance policies required by Lender and renewals of such policies shall be subject to Lender's right to disapprove such policies, shall include a standard mortgage clause, and shall name Lender as mortgagee and/or as an additional loss payee. Lender shall have the right to hold the policies and renewal certificates. If Lender requires, Borrower shall promptly give to Lender all receipts of paid premiums and renewal notices. If Borrower obtains any form of insurance coverage, not otherwise required by Lender, for damage to, or destruction of, the Property, such policy shall include a standard mortgage clause and shall name Lender as mortgagee and /or as an additional loss payee. In the event of loss, Borrower shall give prompt notice to the insurance carrier and Lender. Lender may make proof of loss if not made promptly by Borrower. Unless Lender and Borrower otherwise agree in writing, any insurance proceeds, whether or not the underlying insurance was required by Lender, shall be applied to restoration or repair of the Property, if the restoration or repair is economically feasible and Lender's security is not lessened. During such repair and restoration period, Lender shall have the right to hold such insurance proceeds until Lender has had an opportunity to inspect such Property to ensure the work has been completed to Lender's satisfaction, provided that such inspection shall be undertaken promptly. Lender may disburse proceeds for the repairs and restoration in a single payment or in a series of progress payments as the work is completed. Unless an agreement is made in writing or Applicable Law requires interest to be paid on such insurance proceeds, Lender shall not be required to pay Borrower any interest or earnings on such proceeds. Fees for public adjusters, or other third parties, retained by Borrower shall not be paid out of the insurance proceeds and shall be the sole obligation of Borrower. If the restoration or repair is not economically feasible or Lender's security would be lessened, the insurance proceeds shall be applied to the sums secured by this Security Instrument, whether or not then due, with the excess, if any, paid to Borrower. Such insurance proceeds shall be applied in the order provided for in Section 2. If Borrower abandons the Property, Lender may file, negotiate and settle any available insurance claim and related matters. If Borrower does not respond within 30 days to a notice from Lender that the insurance carrier has offered to settle a claim, then Lender may negotiate and settle the claim. The 30 -day period will begin when the notice is given. In either event, or if Lender acquires the Property under Section 22 or otherwise, Borrower hereby assigns to Lender (a) Borrower's rights to any insurance proceeds in an amount not to exceed the amounts unpaid under the Note or this Security Instrument, and (b) any other of Borrower's rights (other than the right to any refund of unearned premiums paid by Borrower) under all insurance policies covering the Property, insofar as such rights are applicable to the coverage of the Property. Lender may use the insurance proceeds either to repair or restore the Property or to pay amounts unpaid under the Note or this Security Instrument, whether or not then due. 6. Occupancy. Borrower shall occupy, establish, and use the Property as Borrower's principal residence within sixty days after the execution of this Security Instrument and shall continue to occupy the Property as Borrower's principal residence for at least one year after the date of occupancy, unless Lender otherwise agrees in writing, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, or unless extenuating circumstances exist which are beyond Borrower's control. 7. Preservation, Maintenance and Protection of the Property; Inspections. Borrower shall not destroy, damage or impair the Property, allow the Property to deteriorate or commit waste on the Property. Whether or not Borrower is residing in the Property, Borrower shall maintain the Property in order to prevent the Property from deteriorating or decreasing in value due to its condition. Unless it is determined pursuant to Section 5 that repair or restoration is not economically feasible, Borrower shall promptly repair the Property if damaged to avoid further deterioration or damage. If insurance or condemnation proceeds are paid in connection with damage to, or the taking of, the Property, Borrower shall be responsible for repairing or restoring the Property only if Lender has released proceeds for such purposes. Lender may disburse proceeds for the repairs and restoration in a single payment or in a series of progress payments as the work is completed. If the insurance or condemnation proceeds are not sufficient to repair or restore the Property, Borrower is not relieved of Borrower's obligation for the completion of such repair or restoration. Lender or, its agent may make reasonable entries upon and inspections of the Property. If it has reasonable cause, Lender may inspect the interior of the improvements on the Property. Lender shall give Borrower notice at the time of or prior to such an interior inspection specifying such reasonable cause. 8. Borrower's Loan Application. Borrower shall be in default if, during the Loan application process, Borrower or any persons or entities acting at the direction of Borrower or with Borrower's knowledge or consent gave materially false, misleading, or inaccurate information or statements to Lender (or failed to provide Lender with material information) in connection with the Loan. Material representations include, but are not limited to, representations concerning Borrower's occupancy of the Property as Borrower's principal residence. ®6A(WY) (9905).01 CHL (03/00).01 Page 5 of 10 of io 9 e6ed 1.0100 /C0)1H3 Io•c9066) (AM)V9 121 •1am0uog o1 pled `Aug `ssa3xa aq1 tll!M `anp uagl IOU 10 1aglatm luawnllsul *moos sun Aq plums suns am o1 paliddn aq lints spaao0ld snoaUe!la3S atl `Auadold ag1jo awn w sso! so `uorion11sap 1wpini [n1o1 E 30 luana aT 1 uJ z uotioas u ioj papinold .tapio aql u! pallddn aq !legs spaaooad snoaunliaosuAl Bons •ramo.uog of pled 'Cu n 3! `ssaoxa am t1hM `anp uagi 1ou 10 Jagtatm luawn.usul AlunoaS sun Aq patinas scans agt of patlddu aq Bugs spaaoo.rd snoauniiaosm ag1 `pauassai aq mom Alunoas s,lapua'-1 10 aigisna3 Allnolw)uooa iou st 1ledoi JO uoriniolsaa ag1 31 •spaaoold snoauellaosm Bons uo sWuiu.rea JO 1sai01111 Aug 1amol1og Agd o1 palinbai aq uou Bugs lapual `spaaoord snoaunllaosm Bons uo pled aq o isamalu! sannbal mnZ algB011ddy so 2un1.1m ui apnw s! luawaaJ2n un ssalun •palaidwoo s! 3pom alp sn stuaw&Bd ssax2oid 3o sauas n ui so luawasingsip oI u!s B u! uonniolsar pun &undo.' ayl 1o3 AB ,Cnw iapuaj •Alidwold umieirapun aq Tlets uorloadsui gins legs pap!A01d `uononjsnns s o1 palaldwoo uaaq sgq pom aq1 amsua o1 Apadold Bons loadsut o1 At!uniioddo un pug set lapua•l !pun spaaoold snoaunliaoslj, Bons wog o1 1q41 aqi lung !lugs iapua'j `pouad uoi1n1o1sa1 pyre iledaz Bons 2UUnci •pauassal 1ou st A1unoas s,iapua7 pun oigisna3 ,(iinotwouooa sr 1lndo1 10 uonnzolsai atn j! `A11ado1d at1jo nndai so uonna01sa1 01 paildde aq hugs spaaoold snoaunllaoslj, Bons `paseunp s! Any balance shall be paid to Borrower. In the event of a partial taking, destruction, or loss in value of the Property in which the fair market value of the Property immediately before the partial taking, destruction, or loss in value is less than the amount of the sums secured immediately before the partial taking, destruction, or loss in value, unless Borrower and Lender otherwise agree in writing, the Miscellaneous Proceeds shall be applied to the sums secured by this Security Instrument whether or not the sums are then due. If the Property is abandoned by Borrower, or if, after notice by Lender to Borrower that the Opposing Party (as defined in the next sentence) offers to make an award to settle a claim for damages, Borrower fails to respond to Lender within 30 days after the date the notice is given, Lender is authorized to collect and apply the Miscellaneous Proceeds either to restoration or repair of the Property or to the sums secured by this Security Instrument, whether or not then due. "Opposing Party" means the third party that owes Borrower Miscellaneous Proceeds or the party against whom Borrower has a right of action in regard to Miscellaneous Proceeds. Borrower shall be in default if any action or proceeding, whether civil or criminal, is begun that, in Lender's judgment, could result in forfeiture of the Property or other material impairment of Lender's interest in the Property or rights under this Security Instrument. Borrower can cure such a default and, if acceleration has occurred, reinstate as provided in Section 19, by causing the action or proceeding to be dismissed with a ruling that, in Lender's judgment, precludes forfeiture of the Property or other material impairment of Lender's interest in the Property or rights under this Security Instrument. The proceeds of any award or claim for damages that are attributable to the impairment of Lender's interest in the Property are hereby assigned and shall be paid to Lender. All Miscellaneous Proceeds that are not applied to restoration or repair of the Property shall be applied in the order provided for in Section 2. 12. Borrower Not Released; Forbearance By Lender Not a Waiver. Extension of the time for payment or modification of amortization of the sums secured by this Security Instrument granted by Lender to Borrower or any Successor in Interest of Borrower shall not operate to release the liability of Borrower or any Successors in Interest of Borrower. Lender shall not be required to commence proceedings against any Successor in Interest of Borrower or to refuse to extend time for payment or otherwise modify amortization of the sums secured by this Security Instrument by reason of any demand made by the original Borrower or any Successors in Interest of Borrower. Any forbearance by Lender in exercising any right or remedy including, without limitation, Lender's acceptance of payments from third persons, entities or Successors in Interest of Borrower or in amounts less than the amount then due, shall not be a waiver of or preclude the exercise of any right or remedy. 13. Joint and Several Liability; Co- signers; Successors and Assigns Bound. Borrower covenants and agrees that Borrower's obligations and liability shall be joint and several. However, any Borrower who co -signs this Security Instrument but does not execute the Note (a "co- signer (a) is co- signing this Security Instrument only to mortgage, grant and convey the co- signer's interest in the Property under the terms of this Security Instrument; (b) is not personally obligated to pay the sums secured by this Security Instrument; and (c) agrees that Lender and any other Borrower can agree to extend, modify, forbear or make any accommodations with regard to the terms of this Security Instrument or the Note without the co- signer's consent. Subject to the provisions of Section 18, any Successor in Interest of Borrower who assumes Borrower's obligations under this Security Instrument in writing, and is approved by Lender, shall obtain all of Borrower's rights and benefits under this Security Instrument. Borrower shall not be released from Borrower's obligations and liability under this Security Instrument unless, Lender agrees to such release in writing. The covenants and agreements of this Security Instrument shall bind (except as provided in Section 20) and benefit the successors and assigns of Lender. 14. Loan Charges. Lender may charge Borrower fees for services performed in connection with Borrower's def for the purpose of protecting Lender's interest in the Property and rights under this Security Instrument, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees, property inspection and valuation fees. In regard to any other fees, the absence of express authority in this Security Instrument to charge a specific fee to Borrower shall not be construed as a prohibition on the charging of such fee. Lender may not charge fees that are expressly prohibited by this Security Instrument or by Applicable Law. If the Loan is subject to a law which sets maximum loan charges, and that law is finally interpreted so that the interest or other loan charges collected or to be collected in connection with the Loan exceed the permitted limits, then: (a) any such loan charge shall be reduced by the amount necessary to reduce the charge to the permitted limit; and (b) any sums already collected from Borrower which exceeded permitted li its Initials' (2) 6A(WY) (9905).01 CHL (03/00).01 Page 7 of 10 Form 0 1 ,/99 ►12 66/E sl a Aud 3tpouad s1OOTIOO min „jaotnjas nuo7„ ag1 se umouI) Ainua ail u! a2uug3 a u! ilnsar 111! u alms V •loMojjog 01 aor;ou joud mop” sawn ajow jo auo plos aq uuo (luawn.usul Al stuff twm iaylagoi) °ION agi ut Isamu! There also might be one or more changes of the Loan Servicer unrelated to a sale of the Note. If there is a change of the Loan Servicer, Borrower will be given written notice of the change which will state the name and address of the new Loan Servicer, the address to which payments should be made and any other information RESPA requires in connection with a notice of transfer of servicing. If the Note is sold and thereafter the Loan is serviced by a Loan Servicer other than the purchaser of the Note, the mortgage loan servicing obligations to Borrower will remain with the Loan Servicer or be transferred to a successor Loan Servicer and are not assumed by the Note purchaser unless otherwise provided by the Note purchaser. Neither Borrower nor Lender may commence, join, or be joined to any judicial action (as either an individual litigant or the member of a class) that arises from the other party's actions pursuant to this Security Instrument or that alleges that the other party has breached any provision of, or any duty owed by reason of, this Security Instrument, until such Borrower or Lender has notified the other party (with such notice given in compliance with the requirements of Section 15) of such alleged breach and afforded the other party hereto a reasonable period after the giving of such notice to take corrective action. If Applicable Law provides a time period which must elapse before certain action can be taken, that time period will be deemed to be reasonable for purposes of this paragraph. The notice of acceleration and opportunity to cure given to Borrower pursuant to Section 22 and the notice of acceleration given to Borrower pursuant to Section 18 shall be deemed to satisfy the notice and opportunity to take corrective action provisions of this Section 20. 21. Hazardous Substances. As used in this Section 21: (a) "Hazardous Substances" are those substances defined as toxic or hazardous substances, pollutants, or wastes by Environmental Law and the following substances: gasoline, kerosene, other flammable or toxic petroleum products, toxic pesticides and herbicides, volatile solvents, materials containing asbestos or formaldehyde, and radioactive materials; (b) "Environmental Law" means federal laws and laws of the jurisdiction where the Property is located that relate to health, safety or environmental protection; (c) "Environmental Cleanup" includes any response action, remedial action, or removal action, as defined in Environmental Law; and (d) an "Environmental Condition" means a condition that can cause, contribute to, or otherwise trigger an Environmental Cleanup. Borrower shall not cause or permit the presence, use, disposal, storage, or release of any Hazardous Substances, or threaten to release any Hazardous Substances, on or in the Property. Borrower shall not do, nor allow anyone else to do, anything affecting the Property (a) that is in violation of any Environmental Law, (b) which creates an Environmental Condition, or (c) which, due to the presence, use, or release of a Hazardous Substance, creates a condition that adversely affects the value of the Property. The preceding two sentences shall not apply to the presence, use, or storage on the Property of small quantities of Hazardous Substances that are generally recognized to be appropriate to normal residential uses and to maintenance of the Property (including, but not limited to, hazardous substances in consumer products). Borrower shall promptly give Lender written notice of (a) any investigation, claim, demand, lawsuit or other action by any govemmental or regulatory agency or private party involving the Property and any Hazardous Substance or Environmental Law of which Borrower has actual knowledge, (b) any Environmental Condition, including but not limited to, any spilling, leaking, discharge, release or threat of release of any Hazardous Substance, and (c) any condition caused by the presence, use or release of a Hazardous Substance which adversely affects the value of the Property. If Borrower learns, or is notified by any governmental or regulatory authority, or any private party, that any removal or other remediation of any Hazardous Substance affecting the Property is necessary, Borrower shall promptly take all necessary remedial actions in accordance with Environmental Law. Nothing herein shall create any obligation on Lender for an Environmental Cleanup. NON UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows: 22. Acceleration; Remedies. Lender shall give notice to Borrower prior to acceleration following Borrower's breach of any covenant or agreement in this Security Instrument (but not prior to acceleration under Section 18 unless Applicable Law provides otherwise). The notice shall specify: (a) the default; (b) the action required to cure the default; (c) a date, not less than 30 days from the date the notice is given to Borrower, by which the default must be cured; and (d) that failure to cure the default on or before the date specified in the notice may result in acceleration of the sums secured by this Security Instrument and sale of the Property. The notice shall further inform Borrower of the right to reinstate after acceleration and the right to bring a court action to assert the non existence of a default or any other defense of Borrower to acceleration and sale. If the default is not cured on or before the date specified in the notice, Lender at its option may require immediate payment in full of all sums secured by this Security Instrument without further demand and may invoke the power of sale and any other remedies permitted by Applicable Law. Lender shall be entitled to collect all expenses incurred in pursuing the remedies provided in this Section 22, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of title evidence. If Lender invokes the power of sale, Lender shall give notice of intent to foreclose to Borrower and to the person in possession of the Property, if different, in accordance with Applicable Law. Lender shall give notice of the sale to Borrower in the manner provided in Section 15. Lender shall publish the notice of sale, and the Property shall be sold in the manner prescribed by Applicable Law. Lender or its designee may purchase the Property at any sale. The proceeds of the sale shal be ap 6A(WY) (9905).01 CHL (03/00).01 Page 9 of 10 Initials: o m 53Q51 3/99 25 0 66/E 490£ WJoA £00Z —ZT- 8uiwoAM alelS salidx3 UOISS!WW (w oggnd Ale }oN gaip!W AnaN wain #(luno3 iamouog- (ieas) lamouo (leas) t 5 Z amog S uk7 pus aMOH g satire"- Aq 000Z lago1a0 30 Asp 8481 sty; ow aiojaq papaimouajou seen luawruisui 8u!o2aio3 oqj :ss S ;unoD N'IOONI'I 0L1ooleBed AmioN Lo'(00 /E0)11-10 to (AM)v9 12) OOZ ZT 3 sfSny :sa.ndxg uotssiwwoD SAT `OAIINIOAM 10 4 LV1S :sassauliM •1► gum papiooai puu 11MO.II0g Aq palnoaxa iapnj Aup ur pue luawniisut ,ClunoaS sup ui pauipluoo slupuanoo pup sw.ral ayi of saa.i&p pup sidaoop .iamouog `MO'TIIg DNIINOIS J ul •2wwoI M 3o smut uogdwaxa pualsawoy ayi jo anlnn Aq puu Jopun siy&u IIp santum puu saspatai JOMOiiog •saan;eAt bZ aiquoriddy iapun pa uuuad si ooj otp jo ui2.npya oqi puu parapuoi saopuos ioj Rued pityi u of piud si of ayl di /quo ;nq luawnzisui *moos sty; 2uisuatal l03 aaj u .ramoutog aLmuyo iapuo'j •sisoo uouupiooaa ,(uu ,(ud hugs IamolrOH •luawn.usui *moos sup aseata.r hugs iapuo'j yuawn.usui uinoas stye Aq pamoas scans tie jo ivawAud uodn •asualaij •£Z •1 o; pal ;t;ua fiteat suosaad JO uosaad aq; o; ssaaxa Sue (a) pue tluawna;sui S ;ianaaS siq; Aq paanaas sums He o; (q) :saaj ,s/fauao; ;e aigeuoseaa'o; pa ;twit ;nu ;nqtuipnpui'ales aq; 3o sasuadxa tiu 0; (e) maim) 2uinnojoj aq; ui 5ti858TT NVO1 Lot 13 and part of Lot 14 of Block 71 of the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming less a portion of Lot 14 of Block 71 more particularly described as foliows: Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 14 of Block 71; thence S 85 °57'27" E, along the northerly boundary of said Lot 14, a distance of 98.5 feet; thence S 72 °08'42" W, a distance of 104.5 feet to the westerly boundary of said Lot 14, said point being a point on a curve to the right, said curve to the right having a radius of 494.3 feet; thence along the westerly boundary of said Lot 14 and said curve to the right, through a central angle of 4 °31'19 a distance of 39.01 feet to the point of beginning.
