Painter and Jamie S. Painter whose address is 1124 4th West, Kemmerer, Wyoming BOOK PR PAGE U The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to -wit: Part of Lot 4 of Block 3 of the Lincoln Heights 3rd Subdivision to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 4 and thence N 96 °00'00" W along the lot line between Lot 4 and Lot 5 of said Block 3, 48.76 feet; thence S 75 °06'54" E, 47.74 feet to the angle point of the rear lot line of said Lot 4; thence N 12 °03'30" E, 12.52 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO All of Lot 5 of Block 3 of Lincoln Heights 3rd Subdivision to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming EXCEPT as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 5 and running thence S 90 °00'00" E along the lot line between Lots 5 and 4 of said Block 3, 48.67 feet; thence N 75 °06'54" W, 46.39 feet to the front property line of said Lot 5; thence S 17 °52'00" W, 12.52 feet to the point of beginning of this description. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said Shaun E. Painter and Jamie S. Painter heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither we nor any other person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
