BROWN, a single man and BARBARA McCREARY, a single woman Grantors of Alpine County of Lincoln hereby CONVEY and WARRANT TO: CHARLES C. CORBIN and SHARRIE A. CORBIN, husband and wife, as tenants by the Grantees of Box 186, Moran, WY, 83013 for the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: Lot 67 of Nordic, Ranches Division No. 5, Linco''1'i"i County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed August 9, 1994 as Plat No'. 311 -D. TOGETHER WITH an access easement for ingress and egress over the front thirty feet (30') of all lots included in all streets in Nordic Ranches, Division #4 and #5 as shown on the official plats thereof and all streets in Nordic Ranches Division #3 as shown on the official plat thereof, all recorded in the Lincoln County Recorders office; and FURTHER SUBJECT to and reserving unto the Grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns, a thirty foot (30') wide Private Roadway easement and utilities easement along the street frontage as shown on the official plat thereof as recorded in the Lincoln County Recorders office. Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and rights -of -way of record or in use. Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
