Photostatic Records on page 452, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said NE1/4NW1/4;
thence N89 27' -08 "E, 360.00 feet, along the north line of said NEANW1/4, to a point;
thence S00 08' -05 "E, 726.00 feet, parallel with the west line of said NE'ANW1/4, to a point;
