This Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure entered into this 18th day of January 2000, by
and between Leisure Valley, Inc., a Nevada corporation, authorized to conduct business within the
State of Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee and John Rozema, by and through Susan
Jean Reid, the executor of the Estate of John Rozema, of San Bernardino County, California,
hereinafter jointly referred to as "Mortgagors
WHEREAS, John Rozema and Linda Lee Rozema executed and delivered to the Mortgagee a
note and Mortgage Deed with Release of Homestead, dated August 19, 1993, and filed of record in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, as Instrument Number 774650, wherein the stated individuals granted to
the Mortgagee a mortgage upon certain real property situated within Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 65, Plat 22, Star Valley Ranch, a recorded, platted subdivision of Lincoln County,
Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgagors timely made and were current under the terms of the identified
Mortgage Deed with Release of Homestead and the attendant note, until the death of John Rozema
occurring on or about February 8, 1999; and
WHEREAS, Mortgagors are currently delinquent under the terms and conditions of the
identified Mortgaged Deed and attendant note, and, as a result of the death of John Rozema, are no
longer interested in acquiring the described real property; and
WHEREAS, Mortgagors have offered, and the Mortgagee has agreed to accept the
relinquishment of Mortgagor's right, title and interest in and to, as well as all claims of interest upon and
to, including, but not limited to, the right of redemption, the described property, through the delivery of
this Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. In return, Mortgagee agrees to release the identified Mortgage Deed
With Release Of Homestead, and extinguish and terminate the attendant note dated August 19, 1993.
Mortgagee also agrees to the release of Mortgagors, as well as the estate, executor and Heirs at Law
of John Rozema, from all obligations of the identified documents, as well as all claims, assertions, and
causes of action arising from or in any way connected with the execution, delivery or existence of the
described Mortgage Deed With Release Of Homestead and the attendant note.
