That part of Section 30, T33N RI 18W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled "Valoy S. Porter, Parcel A -1" dated July
6, 2000.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO. OLD the said premises unto the said
Darin B. Day and Kristy B. Day
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of then shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
