The north, two (2) acres of that tract of land of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 444 of Photostatic Records on page 289 being part of the S''Y2SE'/4SW' /4 of
Section 6, T26N, R112W within the incorporated limits of the Town of LaBarge, Lincoln
County, Wyoming and part of Lot 3 of the vacated plat for the Marx Addition to the Town of
LaBarge, and may be secondarily described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the east line of said S' /2SE' SW' /4, N00 08' -00 "E, 86.00 feet from
the south one quarter corner of said Section 6 found as described in the Corner Record filed in
said Office:
thence N89 59' -30 "W, 441.10 feet to a point;

thence continuing N89 59' -30 "W, 31.9 feet to a 3/8x12 ins. steel spike on the center -line of said
Marx Road;
thence N18 26' -30 "E, 208.18 feet along the center -line of said roadway to an intersection with
the north line of said tract of record in Book 444;
thence S89 59' -30 "E, 31.9 feet along said north line to a marker;
thence continuing S89 59' -30 "E, 375.7 feet to a marker on said east line;
thence S00 08' -00 "W, 197.50 feet, along said east line to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
