HUMPHERYS, grantor of Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and forever quit claimed unto the said FLORENCE PARKER, Trustee, or her successors in trust, under the NEVA C. HUMPHERYS LIVING TRUST, dated July 6, 2000, grantee, their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described property, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit: Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter (SE1/4SE1/4) of Section 23, Township 35 North, Range 119 West 6th P.M., Wyoming. EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said SE /4SE1/4 and running thence North 295.17 feet, thence West 737.90 feet, thence South 295.17 feet, thence East 737.90 feet, to the point of beginning, containing 5 acres more or less. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said SE1/4SE1/4 and running thence East 208.71 feet, thence North 208.71 feet, thence West 208.71 feet, thence South 208.71 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1 acre more or less. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the SE1/4SE /4 of Section 23, T35N, R119W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence East 208.71 feet; thence North 1320 feet thence West 208.71 feet; thence South 1320 feet to the point of beginning. Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
