Warrant to the JEAN FOX FAMILY TRUST, 4324 West 2650 North, Plain City, Utah 84404, JEAN FOX Trustee, or
successor trustees, Grantee, for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration the receipt
and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, real property in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, which is more
particularity described as follows:

SUBDIVISION TO THE TOWN OF KEMMERER, LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 11 AND
RUNNING THENCE S26 °34'E ALONG THE REAR LOT LINES OF SAID
LOTS 11 AND 12 A DISTANCE OF 71.95 FEET;

THENCE NORTHWEST ALONG A CURVE TO THE LEFT A RADIUS OF
WHICH IS 50 FEET, A DISTANCE OF 41.45 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL
ANGLE OF 47 °30';
THENCE N5 15'W, 78.82 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHWEST LINE OF
SAID LOT 11;
