Agreement and Quitclaim Deed made and entered into as of August 28, 2000, by
and between Spencer E. Abbott and Madelle E. Abbott, Trustees of the Abbott Trust dated
January 16, 1990, "Abbott"), of 157 Puddingstone Drive, San 'Dimas, CA 91773, and
Ernest A. Poggetti, a single man, and Geraldine Taylor, a single woman, "Poggetti-
Taylor"), of PO Box 605, Smoot, WY 83126.

1. Abbott is the owner of the following described real property in Lincoln County,
Wyoming:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the SW1 /4NE1/4 of Section 20, T3ON,
R118W and running thence North 1320 feet, thence East 1067 feet, thence
along the West Right of way U.S. 89 North Highway South 9 °40' West 615
feet, thence Southeasterly to a point 316 feet West of the Southeast corner
SW1 /4NE1/4 of Section 20, thence West 1004 feet to the point of beginning.
2. Poggetti Taylor owns the following described real property located in Lincoln
County, Wyoming:
That part of the W1/2SE1/4 and NE1 /4SE1/4 of Section 20, T3ON, R118W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, .described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said W1/2SE1/4;
thence coursing an existing fence line as follows:

S29° 09' 49 "E, 58.84 feet to a point;
S52° 15' 20 "E, 156.86 feet to a point;

5. For the purpose of adjusting their boundary to the existing fence line, the
parties desire to make this agreement and conveyance. They stipulate and agree that in
doing so Poggetti Taylor is conveying to Abbott approximately 1.37 acres for which Abbott
is willing to pay consideration in money to Poggetti Taylor.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, the
parties agree as follows:
1. Spencer E. Abbott and MadeIle E. Abbott, Trustees of the Abbott Trust dated
January 16, 1990, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt of which Poggetti Taylor acknowledges, convey and quitclaim to
Ernest A. Poggetti, a single man, and Geraldine Taylor, a single woman, as joint tenants.
with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, all right, title and interest in the
real property described in Recital Paragraph 2 above.
2. Ernest A. Poggetti, a single man, and Geraldine Taylor, a single woman, in
consideration of the foregoing, and Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt of which they acknowledge, convey and quitclaim to
Spencer E. Abbott and..Madelle E. Abbott, Trustees of the Abbott Trust dated January 16,
1990, all right, title and interest in all real property located in the NW1 /4SE1/4 of Section
20, T30N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, lying north of the fence line described in
Recital Paragraph 4 above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have executed this Agreement and Quitclaim
Deed as of the day and year first above written.
