J. Seyfert, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Personal Representative of the Estate of Lynn
Cline Seyfert, as Grantor, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Ryan John Seyfert, whose
address is 31204 8 Avenue SW, Federal Way, Washington, 98023, as Grantee, all of the right, title
and interest possessed by the Grantor of the following described real estate situated in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Star Valley Ranch, Unit 14, Lot 6, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, with their appurtenances, unto the said
Grantee, his heirs and assigns forever. Grantor does hereby covenant to and with the said Grantee,
that he is the owner in fee simple of said premises; that they are free from all encumbrances, EXCEPT
AS SET FORTH HEREINABOVE, and that he will warrant and defend the same from all lawful
claims whatsoever.
