survivorship
Grantee(s) of HC 62 Box 7155, Thayne, State of Wyoming for the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER
GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the following described tract of land in Lincoln County,
State of WY, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
ALL OF LOT 79 OF STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT 17, LOCATED IN LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP AND PLAT
THEREOF FILED MAY 3, 1979 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 523541 IN THE OFFICE OF
THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record,
and taxes for the current year and thereafter.

instrument was signed in behalf of said Trust by the authority of its Trust Agreement, and
the aforesaid individual(s) acknowledged to me that said Trust executed the same.
