Brandi S. McCloud, husband and wife as tenants by the enitreties, have remised,
released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do remis, release and forever
quitclaim to Matthew J. McCloud, Brandi S. McCloud and Judy K. Lantz, as
joint tenants with full rights of survivorship, of 2357 Hwy 233, Kemmerer, WY
83101, all right, title and interest in the following described real property in the State of
Wyoming, County of Lincoln:
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight
or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

COMMENCING at Corner 3 of Tract 49 of the Resurvey of T24N
R117W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming where is found a
U.S.G.L.O. Brass cap;

1318.94 feet to Corner 2 of said Tract 49, where is found a
U.S.G.L.O. Brass cap;

right -of -way being the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description;
