RELEASE OF LEASEHOLD MORTGAGE, ASSIGNMENT OF
LEASES, AND RENTS AND FIXTURE FILING
BANK OF JACKSON HOLE, which is organized and existing under the laws of THE STATE OF
WYOMING and holder of that certain Leasehold Mortgage made and executed by Double L
Aviation, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, as Mortgagor, whose address is PO Box
375, Freedom WY 83120 and BANK OF JACKSON HOLE as Mortgagee on January 4, 2008,
certifies that the Leasehold Mortgage has been fully paid, satisfied or otherwise discharged. The
Mortgage was recorded on January 15, 2008 in the Land Records for Lincoln County, Wyoming
and is indexed as Receiving 936255 in Book 683, Page 827. The Mortgage having been
complied with, the undersigned releases the Mortgage and all of its right, title and interest in the
Property located at Hangar 25, Afton Lincoln County Airport, Afton Wyoming and legally
described as:
Hangar 25, Afton Lincoln County Airport, Afton, Wyoming. See exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part of hereof.
